How to Find the Perfect Home
Have you ever been shopping for a special outfit, piece of furniture or accessories and spent hours, days or even weeks searching for it? In your mind you know it exists but you just haven’t been able to put your hands on it yet. Frustrating isn’t it?
Buyers do the same thing when shopping for the perfect house. More than likely you already tried on the perfect outfit or viewed the perfect piece of furniture or accessory but you didn’t recognize it because you were too busy saying no.
As a buyer, more than likely you saw a house that was almost perfect but for some reason, you took that house off the list because of some objection that in your mind could not be overcome.
First of all, there is not one perfect house. Every house has some issue buyers have to overcome. Not cosmetic issues. Issues like, the master suite might be up on the second floor, not on the first floor. Maybe a smaller kitchen than what’s desired, a shared master bedroom closet or perhaps the back yard isn’t large enough.
It’s my job to help those buyers look at those objections and overcome them. To look at them through another set of eyes and realize that the rest of the home really is perfect for their family’s needs in a great location in the right school district.
